Steven Rosenberg is a supply chain, e-Commerce and X12 EDI expert with an extensive background in general retail, food, beverage, industrial/commercial, finance and healthcare industries.
Steven spent 18 years at GS1 US, with his last position as a Global Standards Director, managing GS1 US’ electronic commerce strategy encompassing Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and eXtensible Markup Language (XML) as related to the use of the GS1 product identification system.
Starting in the early 1990’s, Steven became involved with X12 EDI working in the Finance subcommittee. In the early 2000’s he became involved with the Procurement and Distribution subcommittee, and is currently chair of the X12M Supply Chain subcommittee.
Steven has an MBA in Computer Science, a Masters Degree in City Planning and a BA in Economics.
