Jerry Glinnen, Director of Vendor Compliance, Lifetime Brands

Lifetime Brands is a provider of kitchenware, tabletop and other products used in the home. The Company markets its products under many well-known kitchenware brands. In his position of Director of Vendor Compliance his responsibilities include Distribution Center Training & Monitoring, Chargeback Tracking and Notification to Senior Management as well as Retailer Negotiation on Compliance issues. He is also a liaison between multiple internal departments including Sales/Legal/DC on all Retailer Terms/Sales Agreements at Lifetime Brands.

Jerry has been in Supply Chain since 1990 and has been in the Compliance world for 18 years. He also served as VP for National Chargeback’s Management Group and currently serves as a member of the Steering Committee for Retail Value Chain Federation (RVCF). Jerry was also named as Member of the Year for the New England Electronic Commerce User’s Group (NEECOM) on October 15th at their 25th Anniversary, being the 1st person to receive this award. In November of 2016 Jerry accepted on behalf of Lifetime Brands the Customer Excellence Award presented to him by Intertrade.
